ANR Properties is a property management company. Our purpose is to act as a mediator between owners and tenants. Our services will be extended to meet tenants’ needs as well. Your role as a tenant is to take care of the dwelling and pay rent in a timely fashion. In return, you should expect any needed repairs to be addressed in that same timely manner. ANR Properties offers a 24 hour emergency service. Please be certain that the concern is in fact an emergency before calling after hours.
Upon occupancy you will be asked to fill out a report on the property. This report can be downloaded and returned to us within the first week. This will act as a protection to you when it becomes time to move. Repairs and damages will not be taken out of your security deposit if the problem is well documented from the beginning. ANR Properties will help you with this process, if needs be. Pictures of the insides of the property will be taken to insure that the damages were, or were not there upon occupancy.
