ANR Properties arranges for any needed repair, cleaning, and maintenance for your rental property. We hire licensed contractors to work on projects pertaining to their personal expertise. We do it right the first time to save you time and money whether you are a tenant or an owner. Issues that pertain to the mechanics of the property will be addressed first, such as heating systems, water heaters, plumbing and electrical, or anything that poses a threat to your safety. Appliance repair, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, or stove will also be addressed in a timely manner. Structural damage such as foundation, walls, roof and windows will be brought to the attention of the owner and scheduled for discussion. Such issues will be left to owners’ discretion in regards to the timing of the repair. Tenants are responsible to report any damages or needed repair.
