We do not accept personal checks. Please make money orders payable to ANR Properties. The postmark will determine payment date for all mailed rent payments. Make sure that you note your address on all payments to ensure that your account is credited properly!
You can also pay online! Your bank account or major credit card can be drafted using PayPal through the pay online link to the left. You will need to add a $20.00 processing fee to your rent if you choose to use this option.
Just a reminder -- partial payments will still accrue late fees until rent is paid in full.
