Advertising vacancies is an essential element in preventing a loss of profit.  The more advertisement that is involved in filling the vacancy, the more tenant applications will come about.  The more applicants that arise, the more qualified tenants will fill your investment properties.  This is a win-win for all parties involved.   We will show the property to any and all prospective tenants, and explain the qualifications that are required to fill the vacancy.  Rent will be collected by the fifth of each month, or the eviction process will begin.  We make it easy for rent to be paid whether it by credit cards, debit cards, money orders, or just plain cash.  We eliminate any excuses that might arise for nonpayment, simply put; if a mortgage company is not going to accept the excuse, why should we??  At the end of the occupancy if the tenant chooses to leave a mess to clean up, their security deposit will be used to clean up after them.  All damages to the dwelling will be arranged for repair upon vacancy by ANR Properties. Monthly statements will be provided as a receipt and an accurate account of any activity of the past month’s transactions.
